In this journal entry, I had to write a professional looking sales email to an international company. I decided to preted to be a printing and mailing company and write to Tim Hortons, in Canada. For this email, I had to culturally respectful because I was talking to a different culture other than my own.

Dear Tim Hortons,
Each year, failing businesses in the US shut down. There are many different reasons this occurs but the top reason is because of the failure to bring in more clients.
