Welcome to the Cognition Brain and Language Team Lab

CoBALT Lab at the University of New Hampshire

The Cognition, Brain, & Language Team Lab at Univerity of New Hampshire

The Cognition, Brain and Language Team (CoBALT) lab at the UNH College for Health and Human Services is directed by Dr. Amy Ramage. The CoBALT lab studies the association between language, cognition, and emotion impairments in people with acquired brain injury and the underlying brain systems. A major focus of our research is to identify variables that contribute to the dysfunction of brain systems, such as biomarkers or behaviors, and determine their value in predicting treatment outcomes. The long-term goal of this work is to understand how to target these predictors and optimize treatments for people with acquired brain injury.

We are a National Aphasia Association affiliate.
