The Changing Arctic and Why It Matters

Jacqueline Richter-Menge, United States Arctic Research Commission (USARC) Commissioner and Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (Retired), will present a first-hand account of Arctic changed based on three decades studying sea ice. Come hear Commissioner Richter-Menge describe the wide-ranging impacts the persistent warming temperatures arehaving on the Arctic environment and discuss the reasons why you (and others) should care.
