Digital Exhibit Project

ARTS 440A - From Digging to Digital: Preserving and Displaying the Past is a course at the Unverisity of New Hampshire that explores how war, looting, and natural disasters as well as political, religious, and social biases  threaten cultural heritage. The technological age provides a promise of digitallt preservring and replicating threatened artifacts.

The Digital Exhibit project's objective is to research artifacts in the UNH Museum, most with problematic histories, to understand their background and historical context as well as producing a 3D model and printed replica via photogammetry.

The project, research, and website was conducted and created by Allie Cross and Sara Manzelli.
