- Allen, Kelly. "55 Celebrities Talking about Their Depression, Anxiety & Mental Heath." Glamour. Glamour UK, 09 May 2017. Web. 14 Nov. 2017.
This is a strong source for my PSA as it provides a large list of current celebrities that have come out to he public about their mental health issues over the recent years. This list will be used as a base for the PSA as many other these celebrities range from music to movies and even writing. It gives a spectrum of people with many different fan base making it easier to connect with a view when they know one or two celebrities featured in a commercial opposed to a PSA that has only one. Using only one celebrity could limit the potential of the message to be a larger group if the view is unfamiliar with the person they see on screen. Say if one musician did a commercial by themselves their fans would pay more attention to it and be more likely to talk about with other people or look into the message. On the other hand, if some who did not know who this musician or was not a fan of their music, they would be more likely to change the channel and ignore the PSA. Using multiply celebrities would be the best approach as this can peak more viewers interest as will as attention to the message.
- "National Alliance on Mental Illness." Nami.org. N.p., n.d. Web. 14 Nov. 2017.
PSA with a good website at the end that provides an interested viewer with a beneficial information and help from websites. The worst thing that could happen after a PSA is a poor site that doesn’t seem to prove the viewer the answers they were looking for. I believe the site Nami.org will provide a good good at not only informing a viewer more, but providing a number of other resources. It shows them how to get in contact with help directly as well a signs and statistics. Another positive thing about the site is even if the person isn’t affect by a mental illness it allows them to donate towards the cause of helping others with it. Most importantly of all they have their owe support community and even rally’s awareness to help spread the message. This type of sight gives a view all the information they would need on the topic along with a telephone number for more specific questons.

Provides the primary scene that gives the audience the initial feeling of how get it must be to a celebrity. Celebrities look like they are on the top of the world when walking down a red carpet. They are dressed in the latest and must expense clothes while hundreds of reports, cameraman, and fans are screaming for a moment of their attention. The smiles on their faces will usually posted in magazines around the world and influence millions of people because of their fame.

The commentary help drive home the feeling that celebrities most also feel good about themselves as there are those of people always complimenting them and making them feel good about themselves. Helps create the illusion that many people in the modern day feel good about themselves through others admiration. Many people that the PSA is aimed towards that are in their 20s and under now seek validation on social media. Many people’s egos are established and built by the feeling of receiving likes and comments from numerous people at once.
