Dorm Check-in

Those staying in the dorm rooms may check-in at Mills Hill from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 25, 2018. Enter the Visitor Parking lot at 8 Mill Road behind Mills Hall. The parking lot sign says “Campus Crossing Visitor Lot” and Mills Hall guests will park in this lot after receiving their vehicle hang tag with their conference registration during the Welcome Reception. Enter Mills Hall and find your way to the guest registration window to register and collect your dorm packet. If you will be arriving late, please call Michelle Waltz in the Physics Dept. office and we will arrange for you to receive your check-in package either at the Welcome Reception or in DeMeritt Hall later that evening.

Lodging in campus dorms feature two-bedroom suites (view floor plan in slideshow above) for three nights (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights). Each person is provided their own private bedroom, and a shared bathroom per suite. The dorm fee includes bed linens, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, sheets, towels, facecloths, tumbler, shampoo and soap.
