Dr. Pillemer is a Senior Faculty Fellow at Carsey School of Public Policy and specializes in autobiographical memory across the life span. He has studied memory development in children, memory and self-esteem, “flashbulb” memories of momentous events, memories of educational experiences, and gender and cultural differences in memory performance.
