I have learned so much from working with my team in Sustainability 750. We worked on the project called "Building a Flood-Resilient Kittery". I found it very impactful that we all were from completely different backgrounds and we were able to bring our expertise into this project. All four of my teammates introduced new ideas and practices to me throughout working with them. Having the ability to speak to people from the town of Kittery, Maine I think was a huge take off point in our project. Working with our Mentor Cameron Wake allowed for guidance each week in keeping us on track, hearing his input and corrections, along with just learning more about Kittery given his experience. Not only did I gain friends from working on this project, but I learned how to  communicate more effectively with individuals of different majors/experiences while working towards a meaningful end goal of enhancing Kittery's Flood Resilience Efforts.
